to Counseling
Life is complex, and you want answers.
You've tried everything and nothing seems to work or stick.
Often (and unfortunately) we overlook one of the most important pieces of us;
our souls.
Our approach to counseling is to focus on each part of your being; your heart, mind, and body.
We are interested in addressing the whole person, alongside evidenced-based therapies, because we believe that is where true, lasting healing occurs.
We can help address anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, stress, OCD, grief, addiction (sexual or substance), religious trauma, spirituality, postpartum, chronic pain, relationship issues, boundary setting, stress/burnout, or navigating the complexities of life. We would be honored to work with you.
Taylor helps anyone 14 & and up.
Emily helps anyone 18 & up.
How we can help
Where we are at
We are located inside of NorthTown Coffee House in Downtown Yakima. 32 N Front St. Yakima, Wa. When you walk in the main entrance, walk toward the plant shop & head upstairs. There will be signs to lead you our way.
We also provide Telehealth, which means we meet over a HIPPA-compliant online portal. This affords you the opportunity to do therapy from the comfort of your home or wherever you find yourself. With that, it allows us to service all of Washington State. So if you currently reside in Washington State we would be happy to journey with you.
